User Agreement

1. Acceptance of this Agreement

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on its behalf. In that case, "you" includes that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering this Agreement in your location. If you are below the applicable age of majority or digital-consent age, you may use the Service only with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits your access, if we previously disabled your account for a material violation, or if you are using the Service on behalf of a prohibited person or entity.

3. Nature and scope of the Service

EORMCEXC provides educational lessons, quizzes, reference market information and simulated spot and futures-style trading exercises. Features may include favorites, charts, sample order books, demo credits, simulated holdings, practice leverage, orders, positions, activity history and learning progress.

EORMCEXC is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian or investment adviser. The Service does not accept deposits, process withdrawals, hold real assets, execute real-money orders or provide personalized investment, legal, tax or financial advice.

4. Simulation credits and results

All demo credits, simulated balances, holdings, orders, positions, returns, profit or loss figures, rankings and account values exist only inside the learning environment. They:

• have no cash or stored monetary value;
• cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged;
• do not represent ownership of cryptocurrency, securities, commodities or any other asset;
• do not create a claim against KUO CHIAO or any third party; and
• may be adjusted, reset or removed to maintain the simulation or correct errors.

Simulated performance does not predict or guarantee real-world results. Real trading may involve fees, taxes, slippage, liquidity limits, counterparty risk, rapid losses and other conditions that a simulation cannot fully reproduce.

5. Registration and account security

You agree to provide a valid email address, keep account information reasonably accurate, choose a strong and unique password, and protect your credentials and device. You must not share authentication tokens or permit another person to misuse your account.

You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify us promptly at linkja@kuochiaotrading.cyou if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require reasonable verification before changing account access or responding to a security request.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful personal learning or other uses we expressly permit. You must not:

• access another user's account or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls;
• interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities or generate abusive automated traffic;
• scrape, harvest or extract Service data at scale without written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• misrepresent simulation results as real trading performance or use the Service to deceive another person;
• copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or its content without authorization;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; or
• use the Service for fraud, market manipulation, unlawful financial activity or any other illegal purpose.

7. Settings, resets and account actions

The Service may allow you to change preferences, add demo credits within simulation limits, cancel eligible simulated orders, close simulated positions or reset practice data. These actions affect only the simulation and may be irreversible. A practice reset is not an account-deletion request.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access as described below.

8. Market information and third-party sources

Prices, candles, charts, market statistics, order-book samples and recent-trade information may come from third-party or public sources. They may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate or different from information shown by a real trading venue. Certain practice markets may provide fewer data features than others.

We do not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or continued availability of market information. You must not rely on the Service as a real-time quote system or use it to make actual investment or trading decisions. Third-party sources may change or discontinue access without notice.

9. Educational content; no advice

Lessons, quizzes, examples, risk labels and simulated outcomes are general educational material. They are not personalized recommendations, solicitations, research reports or promises about an asset, strategy or market direction. Completing a lesson or obtaining a quiz score does not establish professional competence or reduce real-world financial risk.

You remain solely responsible for decisions made outside the Service and should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making real financial, legal or tax decisions.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, arrangement and original educational content, is owned by or licensed to KUO CHIAO and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

EORMCEXC, its logo and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission. Third-party names, market symbols and data remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Feedback

If you voluntarily submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of personal information contained in support communications, which remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability, updates and changes

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party data interruptions, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may add, modify, limit or discontinue features, content, supported markets or simulation rules.

We may release updates needed for security, compatibility or functionality. Continued operation may require a supported device, operating-system version or current app version. We do not promise that every feature will always be available in every region or on every device.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated this Agreement, created risk or harm, used the Service unlawfully, compromised security, or if suspension is required by law or necessary to protect the Service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice appropriate to the circumstances.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and general legal terms, will continue to apply.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information relating to the Service and forms part of the terms governing your use. Please review it before creating an account.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." KUO CHIAO and its providers disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure at all times, that defects will always be corrected, that market information will be accurate or current, or that simulated results will resemble real-world outcomes. Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUO CHIAO and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to the Service.

We are not responsible for real financial losses or decisions based on reference data, educational content or simulation results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable for fraud, willful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonably foreseeable claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, material breach of this Agreement or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own misconduct or for matters that cannot lawfully be shifted to the consumer.

18. Governing rules and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to KUO CHIAO TRADING CO., LTD., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a formal claim, you and we agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue through written notice sent to the contact address below.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a consumer complaint procedure that is available by law.

19. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in the Service, law, security needs or business practices. We will post the revised Agreement and update the effective date. If required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Agreement, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

20. General provisions

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and KUO CHIAO regarding the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a reorganization, merger, transfer or operation of the Service, subject to applicable law.
